Letter to Judge Tharp – overview of criminal RICO players

This document is a clarification of Greg’s Criminal Referral under 18 USC § 4 submitted to the Court on March 30, 2026, by Gregory V. Alkema to Judge John T. Tharp, Jr. regarding Case No. 1:26-cv-05451.

In this letter, Greg REPORTS to the Honorable Court that the real estate lawsuit between Zillow and Compass/MRED is an attempt to secure a COURT ORDER to “cover up” widespread “OFF-MLS” marketing schemes, corporate corruption, and criminal elder financial abuse.
