Letter to Judge Tharp – overview of criminal RICO players

This document is an *amicus curiae* letter written on March 30, 2026, by Gregory V. Alkema to Judge John T. Tharp, Jr. regarding Case No. 1:26-cv-05451, in which Alkema alleges that the real estate lawsuit between Zillow and Compass/MRED is an attempt to secure a court order to cover up widespread “off-MLS” marketing schemes, corporate corruption, and criminal elder financial abuse.
